专利摘要:
An adjustable seat of a motor vehicle has a mounting arrangement at each of its lateral regions. The respective mounting arrangement includes an elongated carrier, a support rail which is connected to the seat proper and is displaceable longitudinally of the carrier, and a pivot which mounts the carrier, which extends in the front-to-rear direction, for tilting along a vertical plane. A drive and a driving section of a transmission are mounted on the carrier, the driving section including two pinions which are simultaneously driven by the drive and one of which meshes with a driven rack rigidly connected to the support rail, while the other pinion meshes with another driven rack which is provided at one side of an elongated slot in a support element for the seat proper and is curved having its center of curvature on the axis of the above-mentioned pivot. The drive and the transmission displace the seat proper in a proportionate and mutually dependent fashion so that each tilted position of the carrier has associated therewith a single position of the support rail with respect to the carrier. The two mounting arrangements at the two lateral regions of the seat are similarly configurated and the corresponding pinions at the two lateral regions are interconnected by shafts for rotation in unison.

(54) CAR SEAT
The invention relates to the automotive industry and relates to an adjustable seat placed in an automobile, the cushion of which is movable along the guide rail 5 and adapted to be tilted in a vertical plane.
Seats installed in an automobile are known, comprising a cushion adjustable in length and angle of inclination and actuating elements alternately connected by electromagnetic clutches to an electric motor for carrying out the required adjustment of the cushion of the seat l. IS
However, the executive elements of such seats are structurally complex and cumbersome, which in turn increases. The size of the seat is difficult and its adjustment.20
Closest to the invention is a car seat containing a seat cushion adjustable in length and angle of inclination, having supports mounted in longitudinal guides 25
the main actuators for adjusting the angle of inclination of the cushion, which are rigidly connected to the guides of horizontally disposed gear racks engaged with gear gears associated with an electric motor drive, and additional actuators associated with the main 2.
This seat has the disadvantage that when driving cars .-: l over rough terrain, as a result, three rearrangements of the seat elements are possible, which, in turn, can lead to jamming during seat adjustment. In addition, these seats have large dimensions in height, which reduces the area of their use.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the operational reliability by preventing the seat parts from jamming during its adjustment and to increase the compactness of the seat. This goal is achieved by the fact that the additional actuating elements are made in the form of vertically arranged toothed racks, meshed with additional driving gears, kinematically connected with the said gears of the reducer, while supporting brackets are fixed on said longitudinal guides, and toothed gears are gesture to the last. In addition, the support brackets are mounted on horizontal trunnions, and each toothed rail is equipped with a rotatable sector. The turning sector is formed by a notch made into the rack and having a tooth on the feed side. In addition, the gears that engage with the toothed strips, and additional drive gears are pairwise interconnected by shafts. FIG. 1 shows a seat with executive elements for its adjustment, side view; in fig. 2 - section A-L in FIG. one; in fig. 3 is a section BB in FIG. one; in fig. 4 shows a section B-B in FIG. 2. The car seat contains a pillow that is adjustable in length and angle of inclination (not shown, mounted by means of the support brackets 1 on the longitudinal guides. These brackets have a horizontal axle 2, transversely located relative to the longitudinal axis of the seat, and rigidly fixed toothed rack 3 , forming additional executive elements. Each of the rails is provided with a rotary sector, which is formed by a notch 4 in the corresponding rail, with the longitudinal side of the notch having There is a tooth 5. Sectors are centered relative to the longitudinal axis of the support brackets. The longitudinal guides rest on a horizontal shelf 6 of the console, the vertical shelf 7 of which has a bent edge 8. Each of the rails consists of two rigidly interconnected parts, one of which is a tire, 9, forming a ball track, and the other — an O 1 tire. On the rows of balls 1 located on the tire 9, a C-shaped running tire 12 is supported, which by means of the abutment tire 10 is protected against being lifted from the rolling bodies. On each running tire 12 is fixed gear bar 13, the teeth of which are placed at the bottom. A teeth bar 13 with a small gap engages over the bent edge 8 of the vertical flange 7. A vertical shelf 7 is connected through a crimp sleeve (not shown) to a support plate 14, provided with a stand 15 fixed by means of a screw 16 with the possibility of a connector on the longitudinal guide. The screw 16 located in FIG. 1 and 2 on the right, also clamping the end of the support plate 14. The stand 15 is mounted on only one of the two longitudinal guides. In addition, a shortened support plate 14 can be mounted on the other longitudinal guide. On the post 15, an electric motor 17 is fixed to the gearbox, the driven shaft 18 of which carries gear 19, which meshes with the larger gear 20, which is rigidly connected to gear 21 and gear 22. These gears 20-22 are arranged with joint rotation in the support plate 14 and the post 15. With gear 21 engages a gear with large diameter gear wheel 23, which is rigidly mounted on the axle 24 and is axially supported by the spring ring 25. The trunnion is mounted rotatably in the sleeve 26 and carries on its protruding end of the sleeve an additional drive gear 27, which engages with the teeth of the lath 3. The trunnions 24, located on opposite sides of the seat, are connected by a tubular shaft 28, the drive a corresponding additional drive gear 27. an additional drive gear 29 which engages from the seat for this side of the seat with another toothed rack 3. The gear 29 is mounted on the axle 24 rigidly connected to the 28. Shaft gears 27 and 29 form additional actuating elements for adjusting the angle of the pillow. The gear 22 engages with an intermediate wheel 30 rotatably mounted on a support pin 31 fixed on the support plate 14. With the intermediate wheel 30 engages a gear 5 in 5 which is fixed on the sleeve 33 installed in the support 33 of the axle 34 which bears on the protruding the end of the gear 35, which engages with the toothed strip 13. The pin 34 is rigidly connected through a tubular shaft 36 to a pin 37, which carries the gear 38 on the other side of the seat, which engages with seat gear rack 3 corresponding to the toothed plank 13 of the other side of the seat. The shafts 35 and 38 together with the toothed slats 13 form the main actuating elements for adjusting the angle of the pillow angle. The gears 27 and 29 on one side of the seat and 35 and 38 on the other side rotate with the same angular speeds and are transmitted from them to the corresponding racks with the same size on both sides of the seat. Caused by a pair of gears 27 and 29 on one side of the seat and a pair of gears 35 and 38 on the other side of the movement of the seat are performed simultaneously, due to the fact that the input links, whose functions are performed by gears 21 and 22, are rigidly connected to each other. When the seat is rearranged from (in Figs. 1 and 2) on one side, the running tire 12 together with the seat cushion carried by it moves along the longitudinal direction, while its longitudinal direction changes in the vertical plane by engaging a drive pair of additional driving gears. gears 27 and 29 with the corresponding toothed rails 3, and at the same time the motor and gearbox move relatively stationary toothed racks 3. The movement of the guides relative to the steering axles 2 changes ie the height of the seat cushion in the rear area. Thus, adjusting the seat cushion position by means of gears using toothed racks will allow the seat to be made compact in size with a high degree of reliability. 4 Formulas; 1. Car seat, adjustable cushion length and angle, with supports, installed in longitudinal directions, main actuators for adjusting the angle of the cushion, consisting of rigidly connected horizontal gears coupled to gears gearbox associated with the drive in the form of an electric motor, and additional actuators connected to the main ones, characterized in that, in order to increase operational reliability by means of to prevent seizure of parts of the seat when it is adjusted and to increase the compactness of the seat; A. The toothed rails are rigidly connected with the latter. 2. The seat according to claim 1, differs from the fact that the support brackets are mounted on horizontal trunnions, and each gear rack is provided with a rotatable sector. 3.
